Just make a reservation, Do I have to get in contact with Pullmantur to confirm it?

Once the reservation, our system will provide an booking reference with the confirmation of the same, which would mean that the booking was made properly.

You will receive an email to the address provided by you with the booking confirmation. If there is no confirmation on that same day, please contact with Pullmantur.

Please review the information received and if any of them is inaccurate, please contact us for modification.

What happens if some of our booking service remains to be confirmed?

Normally services are pending will be finally confirmed after a few days, so that the reservation is on request during this time until confirmed.

What happens if a service is not finally available?

Pullmantur will seek the best alternative to meet the needs and tastes of the client. There will also be the option to cancel the application without any cost to you.

Can i do changes and cancellations of my trip?

Reservations for stays in the Caribbean, have the next deadline to make changes or cancellations without any cost or penalty, distinguishing two cases:

Reservations with more than 30 days in advance, have until the thirtieth day before the departure date to cancel without charge.

  • Reservations with less than 30 days in advance have 48 hours to cancel without charge.

After these periods entering the reservation expenses, penalized by the following deadlines.

  • More than 30 days has no expenses except the insurance.
  • 10 to 30 days in advance 50% of expenses.
  • 0 to 9 days in advance 100% of expenses.

Do I have the transfers included?

Yes, the journey from airport to hotel and hotel to airport are included. You will find Pullmantur staff that will tell you where to go.

How can i confirm my flight?

48 hours before your flight at the front desk can tell you the time of collection for the transfer back to the airport.

Can I book seats on flights with Air Pullmantur?

Yes, seat reservations can be made through the Web: www.pullmantur.es, through the "Reserve your seat" or by phone: 902565747 from 9A.M a18p.m.

The price will vary depending on the type of seat to be reserved.

How long before should I show up at the airport?

You must attend check-in well in advance, taking into account long waiting times at the front desk and security controls, the distance to the gate, and so on. At a minimum should arrive at the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure.

The documentation will give you the time and place for boarding your flight.

Should I hire an insurance for aditional assistance?

The price of your travel we have included assistance insurance with basic coverage, we highly recommend for just 20 euros, ensuring peace of mind that the main risks covered.

Also, if you are interested in hiring a cancellation insurance, Pullmantur offers for just 33 euros, the ability to cover unexpected cancellation and interruption travel.
