From the port of Athinios, we will travel by coach to the charming village of Oia, the prettiest on the island and one of the most beautiful in all the Cyclades Islands. We will be able to admire its little streets, old mansions and white houses, enjoying a stunning view of the Caldera and the sea.
From there, we will travel to Fira, capital of Santorini and in whose port we will pick up the cruise ship. The village is located on a cliffside with gorgeous views of the sea and streets full of atmosphere. We will be able to walk through its streets and visit the Prehistoric Museum (entrance not included).

Sailing the Caldera

This tour will introduce you to one of the most amazing geological phenomenon of the world. The caldera of Santorini, created after one of the largest volcanic eruptions the planet has ever seen, occurred 3500 years ago. After boarding the traditional sailing boat, relax and enjoy the sailing which will take you first to the 7 Pedes spot for a ½ an hour swim stop. Continue sailing to the island of Thirassia which holds only 350 inhabitants in the main village, Manolas. After passing Thirassia the local boat sails close to the beautiful Ammoudi beach with the redish caldera walls and underneath picturesque Oia village as well as the Armeni Bay where you will have the opportunity to take photos of this magnificent view. Tour will end at the Old Port of Fira from where you will have the possibility to go into town or take the tender back to the ship.

After leaving in small boats to reach the port of Athinios we will take our bus and head directly to the sites of Akrotiri, whose archaeological excavations brought to light fresh and rich households in the Minoan culture. We continue towards Pyrgos to enjoy a guided tour of the highest village of the island and certainly the one offering the most breathtaking scenery around Santorini. The beauty of this town and its magnificent architecture will leave us speechless.
Next, we will head to Fira, the capital of Santorini, situated on a cliff with wonderful sea views. Enjoy your free time through its bustling streets and shopping environment to buy some souvenirs. Our last visit will take us to discover the town of Ia that perfectly represents the pictures and images always referred to the Greek islands with colorful houses and spectacular views. You will be able to admire the streets, old and white houses, and other colors that are arranged along the cliff with a breathtaking view of the Caldera and the sea.
Back to the boat we will admire the impressive landscape that the small town of Ammoudi will offer us at the foot of Ia
